In order to capture the audio from a recorded Meeting, you and your participants must be dialed into your ClearSlide conference bridge.
Your ClearSlide conference line information can be found in a couple of places:
1. On the "My ClearSlide" homepage, look for the "My Meeting Info" section in the upper right corner. There you will find any conference lines that your company uses through ClearSlide. If you want to see if your company has international conference lines, click the gear icon in the upper right corner of the "My Meeting Info" box.
2. If you are already in a Live Meeting, click the telephone icon (located underneath the red "End Meeting" button). You will be prompted to choose whether you'd like to be called directly or whether you would prefer to dial into the conference bridge. Click the "Dial In" option to see the conference lines that are available for you.
